As a controversial zoning overlay threatens their historic homes, they uncover buried secrets, a stolen relic, and a chilling link between preservation, profit, and murder. Their search takes them from the dusty archives of the old Phoenix Indian School to the vibrant chaos of the Heard Museum’s Indian Fair.

With a powerful developer closing in and time running out, they must uncover the truth, return the sacred artifact, and stop a killer before history is erased.
