Meet Emma
My desire to help others comes from a place of love and experience.
You wouldn’t think it but there was a time in my life where I was deadly ill, and dealt with just about every autoimmune imaginable. It was with sheer determination and a deep will to live that I would become self aware of how everything we consume, from our food, to our environment, and what we take in soulfully, plays a role in our recovery.
It was also then that I realized that a majority of people struggle to heal and revert back to not feeling well simply because they do not know what to eat.
I grew up watching my Nana and Madre cook, and from them I learned how to be resourceful, creating delicious meals even with limited ingredients. That creativity made the transition to healthy eating effortless, nourishing both body and soul!
Over time, I found myself helping others on their journey to wellbeing, so they too could not only survive but thrive!
